Holiday Light Installation

HOLIDAY LIGHT INSTALLATION | HP LIGHTING SOLUTIONS

Give Your Home the Holiday Display It Deserves, Without Touching a Ladder.

The holiday season should feel magical, not stressful.

But for most homeowners, decorating the outside of the house means dragging out tangled lights, climbing a ladder in the cold, wrestling with gutters and clips, and hoping nothing burns out before the neighbors see it. Then doing it all over again in January to take it down.

HP Lighting Solutions by HydroPower takes every bit of that off your plate. We design a display around your home’s architecture and your personal style, install it safely and beautifully, handle any in-season maintenance within 48 hours, and return to take everything down and store it at the end of the season. Your only job is to enjoy it.

What Is Included In Our Holiday Lighting Service

HydroPower’s holiday lighting package is fully managed from start to finish.

Step 1

Design Consultation

We begin with a consultation to understand your vision. Our team walks your property, discusses your preferences for style, color, and coverage, and designs a display that complements your home’s roofline, landscaping, and architectural features. Whether you want classic warm white elegance, vibrant multicolor, or something fully custom, we build the design around what you actually want.

Step 2

Professional Installation

Our crew installs your lights on rooflines, dormers, columns, trees, shrubs, walkways, and any other features that are part of your design. We use professional-grade fasteners and clips that protect your gutters, siding, and shingles without causing damage. Every installation is completed efficiently, typically within a few hours, so your home is lit and ready well before the season peaks.

Step 3

In-Season Maintenance

If a bulb goes out, a wire comes loose, or anything else needs attention during the holiday season, we are back within 48 hours to make it right. You will not spend the holidays looking at a dark section of roofline or a drooping strand wondering who to call.

Step 4

Takedown and Storage

Once the season is over, we return to carefully remove every strand, clip, and fastener. We pack and store your lights so they are ready for next year. No tangled strings in a bin in your garage, no searching for what goes where. When the holidays come around again, we have everything we need to put your display back up exactly as planned.

What We Can Light Up

HydroPower’s installation team is equipped to light virtually any feature of your home’s exterior.

Why Hire A Professional Lighting Team?

This is a fair question, especially if you have been hanging your own lights for years. Here is an honest answer:

Safety

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission estimates roughly 160 decoration-related injuries occur every day during the winter holiday season, with falls from ladders accounting for about half. HydroPower’s crew handles all ladder and rooftop work so you never have to. We are also fully insured, so there is no liability risk on your property.

A Better Result

Professional-grade installation looks different from a DIY job. Even spacing, secure fasteners, hidden wiring, and a design that was planned around your home’s specific features produce a display that homeowners consistently describe as better than they imagined.

Your Time Back

Between the design, the installation, the fixes, and the takedown, holiday lighting can consume an entire weekend or more. HydroPower handles all of it. Most installations are completed in a few hours, and the design consultation takes less time than a trip to a home improvement store.

No Damage to Your Home

Improper clips and fasteners can crack gutters, damage siding, and scratch roofing material. Our team uses professional installation hardware appropriate for each surface and leaves no damage behind when we take the display down.

What Our Customers Are Saying

Frequently Asked Questions

When should I book my holiday lighting installation?

The earlier the better. Our schedule fills up quickly starting in October, and homeowners who book early have more flexibility on installation dates and more time to enjoy their display. We recommend reaching out by October at the latest for a November installation. That said, if you are reading this in December and have not called yet, reach out anyway and we will do our best to fit you in.

We can work with either approach. Many homeowners prefer to have us supply commercial-grade lights as part of the service, which are stored and reused each year. If you have existing lights you love, we can work with those as well. We will discuss options during your design consultation.

We respond within 48 hours for any in-season maintenance issue, at no additional charge. If a bulb burns out, a strand goes dark, or a wire comes loose, one call to us and it will be fixed within two days.

Yes. HydroPower installs holiday lighting for businesses, storefronts, and commercial properties in addition to residential homes. Contact us for a commercial lighting quote.
